1、 Reasonable use:

Before use, check the measuring surface of the plug gauge to ensure that there is no rust. Pi Feng, scratches, black spots, etc; The marking of the plug gauge should be correct and clear.
The function of the plug gauge is within the periodic verification period, and it is accompanied by a verification certificate or mark, or other sufficient documents to prove that the plug gauge is qualified.
The standard conditions for measuring with a plug gauge are a temperature of 20 ° C and a measuring force of 0. It is difficult to meet this requirement in practical use. In order to reduce measurement errors, it is advisable to use a plug gauge to measure under isothermal conditions with the tested part. The force used should be as small as possible, and it is not allowed to push the plug gauge forcefully into the hole or rotate it while pushing it inside.
When measuring, the plug gauge should be inserted or pulled out along the axis of the hole without tilting; Insert the plug gauge into the hole and do not rotate or shake it.
It is not allowed to use plug gauges to detect unclean workpieces.

2、 Maintenance and upkeep:

The plug gauge is one of the measuring tools, which should be handled with care and not bumped against its working surface.
After each use, the surface of the plug gauge should be immediately wiped clean with a clean soft cloth or fine cotton yarn, coated with a thin layer of anti rust oil, and placed in a special box for storage in a dry place
